ENTIRE LODGE BOOKING - $1700 per night
You can book the "Entire Lodge" and therefore not share with anyone else. If you wish to book the "Entire Lodge", please contact either the Lodge Manager or Marketing Coordinator - to see if the entire lodge is available. The Lodge will then be unblocked and made available for booking on the booking system.

BOOKING HELP  
1.    Click on the above tab "Check availability and book online" and the main booking screen will appear.
2.    Use the drop down calendars to select your dates by pointing and clicking your mouse at the checkin date 
3.   Click on the number of guests then SEARCH button next to the number of guests to see the beds available in each of the rooms for your dates.

If booking for one or multiple guests 
4.  Select a room then click on the drop down menu for number of bed numbers required. then click on "Book". 
If you need to continue booking further beds in other rooms, follow the same procedure of selecting a room, then number of beds then "Book". 

Complete booking and Pay
After the selection of beds is completed - check the running total on the right side, then click on  "Complete Booking" and you'll then insert guest details and payment.
 IMPORTANT: Ensure you select the number of beds you are booking in each room using the down arrow in the box labelled NUMBER OF BEDS. 

SHAREHOLDERS BOOKINGS

Shareholders and their spouse/partner are entitled to a refund of their nights accommodation.
Please make the booking, then apply to the Waitutu Incorporation Secretary for a refund. Being listed on the share register is essential in order to receive a refund.
